Helping Families Navigate the Fourth Trimester

How We Help Navigate

  • Maternity Concierge

Soup-to-nuts home and family prep for your newborn before their arrival. Physical support, household help, and research to calm your fears and soothe those pre-baby jitters.

  • Postpartum Doula Support

During a daytime visit we will provide pregnancy and birth recovery support as well as newborn care guidance. We will keep your household running while you enjoy your newborn.

  • Sleep Consulting

Whatever your sleep issues, our individualized plans will help you reach your goals. Learn gentle methods that instill long-lasting safe and healthy sleep habits.

  • In-Home Overnight Support

During an overnight visit we will attend to your baby’s every need, establishing healthy sleep habits from day one. Proper rest will enable you to nurture your baby and yourself.

  • Virtual Support

Set-up a virtual session with one of our experienced caregivers to discuss postpartum adjustment, lactation, and any newborn questions you may have. We are just a phone call away.

  • Bereavement Support

Pregnancy or infant loss brings unimaginable pain and grief, often compounded by feelings of isolation. We can help you through all stages of grief, combining empathic support with tangible resources.

We understand and appreciate that no two families are alike, that is why our services can be customized to fit your family’s needs. Whether your family came about by adoption, surrogacy, or a birthing parent; regardless if this is your first or your fifth baby, we are here to support you. We welcome families from the LGBTQIA+ community.

Our goal is to help you feel well rested and confident when caring for your newborn.

“They were very professional and knowledgeable. They allowed us to get some precious sleep, while also helping our newborn to sleep through the night.

I would highly recommend using their services and would again without hesitation.”
