She holds a Master's in Early Intervention Special Education and has extensive experience working with children ages 0-3 in a professional environment, in addition to her specialized in-home care. Her prior work experience includes roles as an early childhood special educator and a live-in nanny for a family in Paris. Sara holds multiple certifications in early childhood development and is our leading expert on up-to-date education and best practices. She is also certified in Infant CPR/First Aid.

Highly knowledgeable about breastfeeding, she is currently pursuing her IBCLC certification and is certified in Infant CPR/First Aid. Sara's goal is to empower new parents, ensuring a smooth, restful, and joyful adjustment for the entire family.

Casey has dedicated her career to supporting many families through the challenging and beautiful fourth trimester, helping them establish healthy, sustainable routines, achieve essential rest, and strengthen the crucial bond with their newborns. With a deeply compassionate and gentle approach, Casey excels at creating a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment that truly empowers parents during this critical life transition. She is also Infant CPR/First Aid certified and committed to providing evidence-based, holistic care to ensure that families not only survive but truly thrive in their first months with a new baby. Inspired by the birth of her daughter, she felt a compelling passion to become a Postpartum Doula to provide essential support to others navigating the transformative fourth trimester. Abbie completed a DONA-certified program and is CPR/First Aid certified. Her unique background allows her to integrate the healing power of food and herbal elements into her doula work, offering comprehensive, nourishing, and holistic support during the postpartum period.

She articulates this philosophy by stating, "My work is not to change anything about you but to help you feel most like yourself." Ashley completed her Doula training with DONA International in 2019 and is passionate about continued education, recently completing the Whole Body Pregnancy Postpartum Doula Training.
